Renting a car in Aruba is a great option to make your trip a memorable one. The island has tourist attractions, beaches, night entertainment, and shopping centers scattered all over.

Booking is only a few clicks away, Island Rides Car Rental does not require advance payment or even a credit card number in order to confirm your guaranteed reservation. We only require a drivers license, passport, credit card with your name, and that you are over the age of 23 years old.

You must pay the full amount of the reservation once you receive your car. An additional fee will be charged depending on the car model and dates. The additional fee will be returned to you if no problem occurs at the time of the return.

Cancellation policy

If the cancellation is made no longer than 72 hours prior the date of your scheduled pick up time no fee is applied. 

If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the pick up date, then a $75 USD will be made as an administration charge.

No-shows/lost rentals

If you fail to cancel your reservation prior to the pick up time and do not collect a vehicle on the pick up date, we reserve the right to make a no-show – lost rental charge of $165 USD which recovers our administration cost and compensates us for our inability to rent the vehicle when it was reserved for your use.

Changes at time of pick up

If at the time of vehicle collection if you wish to rent a larger car or rent for a longer period, you may do so, subject to availability, on payment of additional charges.

Early returns

Please note that we are unable to give a refund if you return the vehicle early or days prior.

Late returns

We reserve the right to make a late return charge of $11.50 USD for each additional hour.

Smoking policy

Our cars are non-smoking. If you smoke inside the car, you will be charged a penalty  of $500 USD.

Cleanliness 

If the car returns dirty you will be charged a penalty of $50 USD.
